Interested in becoming a member of GTOPA?   Here's how.

Joining a car club has many benefits: exchanging parts, encouragement to finish that project, knowledge to solve that problem that is slowing your progress, motivation to get your car out and drive it or maybe even to finally take that trip down the quarter mile in your car that you have dreamed about since childhood!

New members are always welcome and you need not own a Pontiac to join. Although most of our members own classic or late model GTO's, there are many that own other Pontiac models or no Pontiac at this time. All our members do have one thing in common though, their love of Pontiacs and their willingness to share their knowledge and expertise.

Our club is a chapter of the national organization, the GTO Association of America. There are many individual benefits of becoming a GTOAA member. The monthly GTOAA full color magazine, "The Legend", is a professionally done publication, featuring articles submitted by members and chapters from around the country. For our club, the GTOAA provides us with the necessary insurance for club sponsered events.

The cost per year is $25 for the GTOPA membership.

The cost per year is $45 for the GTOAA membership (GTOAA Membership is required for new members joining GTOPA).

Below are links where you can download application forms for both clubs. Mailing instructions are included on each form. The GTOAA website has online application capability with your credit card. To apply online, visit the website www.gtoaa.org.

Each month, the club publishes an award winning newsletter, "Wide Tracking," which is distributed to members electronically via email. The newsletter contains a synopsis of the most recent business meeting. Articles keep members informed about upcoming events. And photo features recap recent club activities. There is also a monthly blog written by the club president. Members are encouraged to contribute both articles and pictures to be shared with other club members. And there is a place for members to list parts they want to sell and parts they want to buy.

The newsletter depends upon contributions from members.  All newsletter correspondence and contributions, including illustrations, should be email to Newsletter Editor Jason Daubert, gtoofpa@gmail.com.

Got a cool story about your car, working on your car, driving your car, racing your car, please share it!
